All Rome in Golf Cart semi-private tours are limited to 7 guests plus the guide. Our commitment to small groups sometimes requires a bit of flexibility. For example, to keep families and friends together, we may occasionally add one or two extra guests. Likewise, you might find yourself in a group with fewer than six people. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

If I arrive late by train, plane, or car, can you come pick me up

All  semi-private tours only include the meeting point set by our company, in order to avoid delays and inconvenience for the other guests. 

Can i join the tour once the service has already started ? 

 For semi-private tours it is not possible to join once the tour has started, in order not to cause delays for the other guests

The tour start includes a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes. Please call our office if you are running late; your request will be evaluated at the moment. If your delay exceeds 15 minutes, please note that your tour will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided
